About this grant

The Horizon Europe programme funds Innovation Actions developing data-driven solutions for circular economy and e-mobility ecosystems. The call supports consortia creating digital tools, artificial intelligence and FAIR data infrastructure to enable circular business models in e-mobility, including battery lifecycle management, vehicle recovery and material reuse. Grants of €5,000,000 to €7,000,000 per project are available. Eligible applicants include startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies, universities, research institutions and consortia. All partners must be based in EU member states or associated countries. Projects should demonstrate technology at prototype or pilot stage through to mature, market-ready solutions. Applications open on 15 December 2026 and close on 14 April 2027. Multi-partner consortia are required. Proposals must align with EU Green Deal circular economy targets and integrate artificial intelligence and FAIR data principles to support the transition to sustainable transport and resource efficiency.
