Eligibility
Applicants must be companies exercising economic activity on sites subject to the Eco Energy Tertiary Decree (DEET) of July 23, 2019. The scope must include at least five sites (maximum twenty) located in at least two different administrative regions. The programme is open to all regions in France.
How it's scored
Applications are evaluated based on achievement of two key objectives: an energy efficiency objective requiring actions on all identified sites to achieve at least 50% reduction in final energy consumption by the end of the conventions, and a renewable energy objective requiring minimum 65% coverage of identified buildings' heating needs by renewable and recovered energy sources. The energy balance for each site is established according to the OPERAT platform. Pre-application exchanges with ADEME are recommended before submitting requests.
