About this grant
ADEME supports companies and local authorities in assessing the feasibility of renewable electricity generation projects in Overseas France (outre-mer) and Corsica. The feasibility study is carried out through an engineering firm or project-management consultancy and evaluates the technical, economic, social, environmental and legal potential of a project. Its purpose is to support decision-making by objectively identifying the project's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the resources needed to deliver it, and its overall chances of success. Eligible technologies include self-consumption photovoltaics (individual and collective), onshore and offshore wind, river and marine hydrokinetic energy, small run-of-river and pipe-mounted micro hydropower, wave energy, ocean thermal energy conversion, osmotic energy, and pumped-storage energy transfer stations. Aid is granted mainly through ADEME's regional directorates, and prior contact is recommended before applying. Applicants must provide terms of reference to consultancies and file the application on the Agir platform, which requires an account. The programme runs from 1 January to 31 December 2026.

Eligibility
Open to local authorities and administrations, associations, and companies, including project developers, as well as project owners and owners of buildings. Private individuals are excluded. Applicants should check eligibility via the ADEME eligibility tool and the conditions document for 2026. Applications must be filed through the Agir platform with an account.
