This is an umbrella programme within Spain's Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) designed to support energy transition in Spanish islands, specifically the Balearic Islands (Illes Balears) and Canary Islands (Islas Canarias). The programme encompasses multiple sub-schemes and initiatives funded through NextGenerationEU.
