Imali Agribusiness is a challenge programme supporting agricultural entrepreneurs to build viable businesses and drive economic development through farming and agribusiness ventures. The programme offers grants and prizes to early-stage founders, individuals, SMEs and social enterprises working in food systems or regenerative agriculture across Africa. Applicants should have a viable agricultural or agribusiness model, an entrepreneurial team or be a solo founder, and be committed to creating jobs and economic development in the sector. Participation in the challenge's activities and milestones is required. The programme targets businesses at idea, research and development, prototype, pilot, pre-seed and seed stages.
