Εκτέλεση εργασιών συντήρησης χώρων πρασίνου, καλλιεργητικών εργασιών καθώς και υποστήριξης αγροτικών και θερμοκηπιακών καλλιεργειών στο σύνολο των εκτάσεων του ΕΛΜΕΠΑ. Συνοπτικά οι χώροι που θα εκτελούνται οι εργασίες είναι: Α) Όλες οι καλλιέργειες του Ελληνικού Μεσογειακού Πανεπιστημίου, ανοικτές ή υπό κάλυψη, στα σημεία παρουσίας του Πανεπιστημίου στην Κρήτη. Β) Όλοι οι χώροι πρασίνου, συγκροτημένης ή φυσικής βλάστησης, του Ελληνικού Μεσογειακού Πανεπιστημίου στο Ηράκλειο και στα υπόλοιπα σημεία παρουσίας του Ιδρύματος στην Κρήτη.
