The Gemeinde Buggingen is extending and renovating the primary school at Wilhelm-Ritter-Straße 3, 79426 Buggingen. The project includes a two-storey, non-basement L-shaped annex (approx. 9,400 m³ gross volume) with childcare rooms, a canteen with kitchen, classrooms and a technical centre. This lot covers the subsequent installation of refrigeration generation for the new building, to be fitted during the construction phase. Scope of supply and installation: an air-cooled chilled water unit (refrigerant R 290, approx. 56 kW cooling capacity) with hydraulic module on the flat roof, including crane, heat exchanger (55 kW), cold storage tank (2,000 l), pumps, fittings and metering. Steel piping (DN 15-65) with cold insulation (Armaflex inside, sheet-metal cladding outside). Connection to the cooling coils of the ventilation units and to the underfloor heating system (surface cooling). Integration into the building management system via Modbus, and coordination with the BMS and heating trades. Commissioning, balancing, as-built documentation and registration with the grid operator. A four-year full maintenance service is required and is included in the evaluation. Works take place during ongoing school operation, so noisy work and deliveries must be coordinated with the school.
