The Empresa Municipal Mixta d'Aigües de Tarragona (EMATSA) is procuring laboratory analytical determination services for various water parameters for its own laboratory, as set out in the technical prescriptions specification (plec de prescripcions tècniques). Bidder eligibility

Economic and financial solvency: annual business volume of at least one and a half times the estimated value of each lot, evidenced by annual accounts. Technical and professional solvency: a list of services of the same nature carried out in the last three years, with a minimum of 3 services, evidenced by certificates or declarations of good quality. Bidders must also accept the special social execution conditions: no more than 50% of assigned staff on temporary contracts, and gender-equality measures in pay and in non-sexist communications. Lots may be bid individually.
