Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Fachplanungsleistungen der Freianlagenplanung für den Neubau des Zentralklinikums - 2. Bauabschnitt am Universitätsklinikum Bonn. Das Universitätsklinikum Bonn (UKB) errichtet als Maximalversorger mit rund 1.300 Betten ein neues Zentralklinikum, dessen erster Bauabschnitt (Herzzentrum) bereits realisiert wird.
