About this tender
The funder skal bygge totalt 26 boenheter på Århusjordet, som en forlengelse av Folkestadbyen. Det nye boligfeltet vil bestå av flere boligtyper med ulikt antall boenheter per boligtype. I tillegg omfatter prosjektet garasjebygg (carport) og utomhusarealer med parkering og grøntområder.Tomtene overtas slik de fremstår per i dag. Opparbeidelse av veier og tomtearealer for boligene er utført i en tidligere entreprise, og vann- og avløpsanlegg samt elektrisk infrastruktur er ført frem til tomtegrensen.Byggene skal oppføres med bæresystem i massivtre. …
