Das Wachtgebäude (WG) besteht aus einem Untergeschoss, einem Erdgeschoss und einem Obergeschoss und dient zur Kontrolle des Zugangs der Kaserne Auenfeld sowie zur Unterbringung von Arrestanten. Für die Energielieferung ist ein Fernwärmeanschluss ab dem Areal vorgesehen. Dieser liefert die benötigte Energie für sämtliche Wärmebezüge (Heizung, Lüftung und Brauchwarmwasser). Die Wärmeverteilung erfolgt im ganzen Gebäude über eine Fussbodenheizung. Die Kälteverteilung erfolgt ab der Kältemaschine auf dem Dach zu Verbrauchern in den jeweiligen Räumen. …
