Hankkeessa on kyse Helsinkiin rakennettavasta Itäkeskuksen peruskoulusta. Hanke toteutetaan elinkaarihankkeena. Uudet tilat on tarkoitus suunnitella 700 yhtenäisen peruskoulun oppilaalle. Alueen kouluista on tarkoitus muodostaa vetovoimainen kokonaisuus, joka palvelee kehittyvän Itäkeskuksen aluetta. Koulussa toteutetaan perusopetusta vuosiluokille 1-9, valmistavaa opetusta luokille 7-9, inklusiivinen valmistavaa opetusta ja luokkamuotoista erityisopetusta.
