About this tender
Procurement for Housing (PfH) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the delivery of capital works projects and provision of associated services for PfH Members throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The DPS will run for an initial period of five years with the option to extend for a further period of up to five years. Organisations can apply to become qualified suppliers in one or more of twelve categories. At the Invitation to Tender stage, PfH Members will define specific requirements including scope, specification, delivery model, pricing model and form of contract.
