Hausmeister- & Instandhaltungsdienste: Überwachung des Gesamtzustands der Objekte und Technikräume (Heizung, Dach, Wasser). Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowie Ausführen von Maler- und Entrümpelungsarbeiten. Winterdienst: Räum- und Streupflicht auf Wegen, Zufahrten, Parkplätzen und Freiflächen zur Erfüllung der Verkehrssicherungspflicht gemäß örtlicher Satzung (inkl. Sicherung gegen Dachlawinen/Eiszapfen). Grünpflege: Wässerung, Rasenmähen, Hecken- und Baumschnitt, Beseitigung von Unrat/Laub, Durchführung von Baumschauen sowie fachgerechte Entsorgung von Grünschnitt. Müll- & Hygienebetreuung: Kontrolle und Reinigung der Abfallsammelstellen, Bereitstellung der Tonnen zur Abholung, Abfalltrennung und Entsorgung von Sonder-/Infektionsmüll.
