Bidder eligibility

Mandatory documents with the bid or, for prequalified firms, proof through the Präqualifikationsverzeichnis entry: - Entry in the professional register of the company's seat (self-declaration form acceptable as provisional proof). - Declaration on exclusion grounds under § 31 UVgO in conjunction with §§ 123 and 124 GWB. - Declarations on payment of taxes, duties and social security contributions. - Declarations on insolvency proceedings and liquidation. - At least three comparable references for supplies and services performed in the last three years at most. A reference is comparable if it covers supply of the food products listed in the price sheet, in full or in part, together with their delivery. References count only if the contract has run for at least one year from the publication date. At least one reference must cover contractual supply to at least 10 different delivery locations. - Quality assurance measures of the company. - Registration certificate (Meldebescheinigung) with the responsible food control authority (Amt für Lebensmittelüberwachung). - Disclosure of any parts of the contract to be subcontracted. Non-prequalified companies must submit the completed 'Eigenerklärung zur Eignung' form with the bid. Prequalified companies whose listed references do not meet the above comparability requirements must submit additional references with the bid.
