About this tender

The procurement covers collection and disposal (utylizacja) of solid waste from areas administered by ZGN (Zakład Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami) in the Wola district of the City of Warsaw. The waste includes rubble, tyres, incomplete electrical and electronic equipment (AGD), insulation materials, construction materials containing gypsum, and textile industry waste. Collection is to be carried out within the service areas of the Terenowe Zespoły Obsługi Mieszkańców (Local Resident Service Teams) Koło, Młynów, Nowolipki and Ogrodowa. The detailed scope is set out in the draft contract terms, which form an integral part of the SWZ (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia). The contractor must perform the service under the conditions described in those draft terms. The waste codes to be collected and disposed of include: 17 01 01 (concrete and concrete rubble), 17 01 02 (brick rubble), 17 01 07 (mixed concrete, brick, and ceramic waste), 20 03 07 (bulky waste), 17 02 01 (wood), 16 01 03 (end-of-life tyres), 16 02 (waste electrical and electronic equipment), 17 02 03 (plastics), 17 02 02 (glass), 17 06 04 (insulation materials such as polystyrene and mineral wool), 17 08 02 (gypsum-containing construction materials such as plasterboard), and 04 02 (textile industry waste). The contract is expected to run for roughly three years, covering 2027 to 2029. The planned split of total gross remuneration is 33% in 2027, 33% in 2028 and 34% in 2029. Bidder eligibility

Bidders must hold a registration in the Database of Products and Packaging and of Waste Management (BDO) as of the offer submission date. The BDO registration number must be entered in the offer form (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, item 2). Bidders must hold civil liability insurance for their business activity with a sum insured of at least 500,000.00 PLN for the entire contract period.
