Szacowany okres obowiązywania: Okres realizacji Zamówienia: 28 miesięcy od daty zawarcia Umowy, zgodnie z § 4 Warunków Umowy, znajdujących się w Tomie II SWZ, w tym: a) zakończenie wszystkich Robót (z zastrzeżeniem punktu poniżej), dla Zakresu podstawowego oraz Opcji (jeżeli zostaną uruchomione), stwierdzone dokonaniem przez Zamawiającego Ostatniego Odbioru Końcowego, w tym przekazanie Zamawiającemu kompletnej dokumentacji powykonawczej oraz dostarczenie Zamawiającemu kompletu dokumentów związanych z procesem certyfikacji – 20 (dwadzieścia) miesięcy od daty zawarcia Umowy, b) dostarczenie Zamawiającemu zezwoleń na dopuszczenie do eksploatacji podsystemów strukturalnych, zgodnie z Ustawą o transporcie kolejowym dla Zakresu podstawowego oraz Opcji (jeżeli zostaną uruchomione) – nie dłużej niż w ciągu 8 (ośmiu) miesięcy od daty dokonania przez Zamawiającego Ostatniego Odbioru Końcowego.
