La présente consultation concerne la création et le regarnissage de haies en Normandie. La Fédération Régionale des Chasseurs de Normandie se porte maître d'ouvrage pour la mise en place et la réalisation d'un programme d'aménagement du bocage dans le cadre du Pacte en Faveur de la Haie. Les travaux visent à restaurer le bocage et le densifier davantage. Les équipes chargées de ces travaux auront pour mission d'assurer la plantation complète, incluant ; le travail du sol, la création de talus, l'achat et la mise en terre des plants, la fourniture et la pose des protections, l'achat et l'installation de paillage biodégradable, la pose de clôtures, ainsi que l'entretien, comprenant la taille de formation, le remplacement des plants de chaque lot tel qu'il est spécifié dans le cahier des charges. Avec un nombre précis de plantations à réaliser pour chaque site. Les prestations devront être réalisées en conformité avec les exigences définies et dans les délais impartis, garantissant ainsi la qualité et la réussite des opérations sur l'ensemble du territoire Normand.
