About this tender
The Kindergartenzweckverband Bogel, a association of the municipalities Bogel, Endlichhofen, Kasdorf and Ruppertshofen, intends to construct a new four-group day-care centre (Kindertagesstätte) on a plot owned by the municipality of Bogel. The design is based on 80 children aged under 2 to 6 years, covering crèche through primary-school age. This notice (Lot 2) covers the specialist electrical engineering services (Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung Elektro) required for the project, for building service groups 4, 5 and 8 under § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15 of the HOAI (German fee regulations), across work phases 1 to 9. The building's wall construction (masonry or timber) is not yet decided. The planned building services include a photovoltaic system, a heat pump and underfloor heating. The kitchen area and internal rooms are to be connected to a ventilation system, while the need to connect the group rooms is still to be clarified during further planning. Construction and planning timelines are set out in a construction schedule included in the tender documents, and an existing preliminary design by an architecture firm is also part of the tender documents. The estimated chargeable net construction costs are EUR 208,720 (KG 440, power installations), EUR 65,500 (KG 442, self-generated power supply), EUR 40,900 (KG 450, communication, security and information technology) and EUR 20,000 (KG 480, building automation), totalling EUR 335,120. These are preliminary cost estimates to obtain comparable offers and may change during planning. They are construction cost bases, not a stated contract or fee value.
