About this tender
The Municipality of Župa dubrovačka (Općina Župa dubrovačka) is procuring electricity supply for its own needs during 2027, based on the requirements of its users and the technical characteristics and conditions set out in the tender documentation (Dokumentacija o nabavi). The supply must include at least 50% electricity from renewable sources. The supply is governed by the tender documentation and, where not in conflict with it, by the regulated conditions of the Croatian electricity market. The notice cites the Electricity Market Act, the General Conditions for Network Use and Electricity Supply, the distribution and transmission network rules, the Energy Act, the Electricity Market Rules, and the Supplier and Aggregator Switching Rules. To confirm origin, the selected bidder (the supplier) must submit a valid Guarantee of Origin certificate from the Register of Guarantees of Origin, issued by HROTE (Hrvatski operator tržišta energije d.o.o.), after each delivery period. The certificate must show that the renewable share stated in the winning bid was actually delivered, under the Methodology for Determining the Origin of Electricity (NN 133/14, 127/19), Article 19. Failure to provide the certificate, or proof that the renewable share was not met, is treated as a breach of contract. The buyer may then call the performance guarantee and take further action. At contract end, the supplier must also provide evidence of the renewable share supplied over the contract term.
