Europaweite Ausschreibung der Stromlieferung der Stadt Neu-Ulm für einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren vom 01.01.2027 bis zum 31.12.2028 mit einer einjähriger Verlängerungsoption zum 31.12.2029. Die jährliche Ausschreibungsmenge der Stadt Neu-Ulm beträgt ca. 6,6 GWh und umfasst insgesamt 449 Lieferstellen. Die Stromlieferanten sollen sowohl konventionell erzeugten Strom als auch 100 % Grünstrom anbieten. Bei einer Lieferung von Grünstrom muss der gelieferte Strom während des gesamten Lieferzeitraums bilanziell zu 100 % aus erneuerbaren Energien stammen. Darüber hinaus muss die Grünstromlieferung zu mindestens 30 % aus Neuanlagen erfolgen. Die Belieferung der Stadt Neu-Ulm mit 100 % Grünstrom wird vergeben, sofern der Wertungspreis (reiner Energiepreis) des betreffenden Angebots nicht mehr als 5% über dem Wertungspreis des günstigsten Angebots für eine Lieferung von Graustrom liegt. Überschreitet die Differenz der Wertungspreise die Schwelle von 5% wird der Zuschlag auf das günstigste Angebot für eine Lieferung von Graustrom erteilt
