Hankittava palvelu on keskeinen osa polttoaineen toimituskokonaisuutta, jonka tarkoituksena on varmistaa ja ylläpitää tarvittava polttoainevirta Tilaajan voima- ja lämpölaitoksille oikea-aikaisena ja -laatuisena. Hankinnan alustava arvo on 2 000 000 eur (alv 0%) Puitejärjestelyn maksimiarvo on 6 000 000 eur (alv 0%) Sopimuskausi on 1.1.2027-31.8.2027 + 1 +1 optiovuodet.
