Original: Servei d’enginyeria per a la redacció del Projecte per l’adequació de les instal·lacions d’enllumenat exterior de les plantes de tractament d’ATL (2025/015), amb núm. exp. 2026-0313-OSE. The buyer, Ens d'Abastament d'Aigua Ter-Llobregat (ATL), is procuring an engineering design service to draft the Project for upgrading the outdoor lighting installations at ATL's water treatment plants (file 2026-0313-OSE, ref. 2025/015). A definitive guarantee of 5% of the contract value applies; no provisional guarantee is required. The contract includes a special social-type execution condition on working conditions (see clause Z of the PCAP).

Bidder eligibility

Economic and financial standing: minimum annual business volume of EUR 78,000.00, evidenced by annual accounts. Technical and professional standing: a list of the main services or works of equal or similar nature to the contract performed in the last five (5) years, with a minimum amount of EUR 43,000.00. Bidders that are newly established (under 5 years old) may demonstrate technical solvency under letters b) to i) of article 90.1 of the LCSP, but not letter a) (a specified number of services). Additionally, a description of technical facilities, quality-assurance measures and research resources is required, evidenced by a description of technical facilities, quality measures and means of study and research.
