Inschrijver dient aantoonbaar over de kennis, expertise en capaciteit te beschikken om ten minste de onderstaande werkzaamheden uit te voeren en producten en adviezen op te stellen: • Omgevingsplan • Onderbouwing van de effecten op de fysieke leefomgeving (GOFLO) ten behoeve van buitenplanse omgevingsplanactiviteiten (bopa’s) • mer-beoordelingen • Ondersteuning Omgevingswet vraagstukken • Planologisch Juridische advisering • Inhuur van personeel onder leiding en toezicht van de OWO-gemeenten • Planologisch juridische advisering • Eventuele updates van de Omgevingsvisie • Omgevingsprogramma. • Marktonderzoeken eventueel (voor woningen of om initiatieven te toetsen) Buiten de overeenkomst • Project-afwijkingsbesluit • Projectbesluit • Wijzigingsplan (+Coördinatie regeling o.b.v. de Wro) • Exploitatieplan/anterieure overeenkomst
