About this tender
Forestry services (gospodarka leśna) to be performed in 2026 on the territory of Nadleśnictwo Lubsko (Lubsko Forest District). The scope includes timber harvesting and related forestry work as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Polish Forest Act of 28 September 1991. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of issuing subsequent orders under Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Code (PZP) for a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the primary contract. The scope of services under any subsequent orders shall not exceed 50% of the value of this primary contract.
