UNDP Regional Hub for LAC is requesting quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of four (4) Double Gothic Arch greenhouses with roof ridge ventilation, including all associated structural, irrigation, fertigation, water storage, and ancillary components. The works are to be delivered at the Old Guallette River Playing Field (where the solar park is located) in Kalinago Territory, Commonwealth of Dominica, in full compliance with Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements. The contract must be completed within four (4) months of contract signature. Amendment 1 updates Annex 1 to add training on operations and maintenance for the greenhouses and associated equipment. A Pre-Bid Site Visit may be arranged on Thursday, 29 October 2026, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Dominica local time), subject to sufficient bidder interest. Bidders wishing to attend must confirm by Wednesday, 28 October 2026, 3:00 p.m. (Dominica local time) via the Quantum Messaging function or email to [email protected]. Offers must be submitted directly in UNDP's Quantum system, following the solicitation document and user guide.
