About this tender
Der Auftraggeber, die Nerra GmbH, entwickelt auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen DB-Ausbesserungswerks Duisburg-Wedau Nord das rund 26 ha große Technologiequartier Wedau (TQW). Auf dem Areal soll ein zukunftsorientierter Wirtschafts-, Technologie- und Innovationsstandort entstehen. Vorgesehen sind Flächen für das Technologiezentrum Wedau, einen Innovationscampus, einen Innovationspark, die Erweiterung des Sportparks Duisburg sowie ergänzende Freiraum- und Ausgleichsflächen. Für die Entwicklungsflächen besteht derzeit kein rechtskräftiger Bebauungsplan. Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe von Generalplanerleistungen für die Bauleitplanung einschließlich der landschafts- und freiraumplanerischen Fachbeiträge. Der Generalplaner hat das erforderliche Planungsrecht zu schaffen. Dazu hat er insbesondere die Aufstellung des Bebauungsplans einschließlich der zugehörigen Fachbeiträge bis zum Abschluss der Bauleitplanverfahren sowie voraussichtlich optional die Änderung des Flächennutzungsplans zu bearbeiten und fachlich zu koordinieren. Zu den Leistungen des Generalplaners zählen voraussichtlich die folgenden Leistungen bzw. Leistungsbilder: - Leistungsbild Bebauungsplan in Anlehnung an § 19 HOAI 2021; - Leistungsbild Grünordnungsplan in Anlehnung an § 24 HOAI 2021; - Leistungsbild Landschaftspflegerischer Begleitplan in Anlehnung an § 26 HOAI 2021; - Leistungsbild Flächennutzungsplan in Anlehnung an § 18 HOAI 2021 (voraussichtlich optional). Darüber hinaus hat der Generalplaner voraussichtlich auch Besondere Leistungen zur Flächenplanung zu erbringen.
