About this tender

Eastern Procurement Limited is establishing a single, combined, multi-supplier Heating, Electrical, Mechanical and Decarbonisation Framework, not divided into lots. It covers works and associated services to domestic and non-domestic properties and buildings, including occupied and void properties. Electrical works include rewiring, upgrading, testing, certification and EICRs, consumer units, RCBOs, RCDs, AFDDs, surge protection, main intake and DNO work, earthing and bonding, lighting, sockets, immersion heaters, electric showers, fire and carbon-monoxide alarm systems, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure that may be supplied and installed. Mechanical works include mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, thermostatic mixing valves and boosted cold-water pumps. Decarbonisation scope covers solar PV with batteries, monitoring and smart controls, and retrofit support services such as EPCs, SAP10 assessments, PAS 2035 services, air-pressure testing, retrofit design and coordination, Legionella risk assessments, and project management for grant-funded and larger retrofit programmes. Works will be delivered under the JCT MTC 2024 contract, with call-off orders placed by Clients using the framework's contract mechanisms. Suppliers must be able to deliver the full range of works and services, either directly or through their declared supply chain.
