The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) and The Utility Regulator (UR) seek a Capacity Auction Monitor service for the all-island Single Electricity Market (SEM), specifically for the Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM). The Monitor shall oversee the System Operators' processes and procedures in executing qualification processes, conducting capacity auctions, and related activities under the Capacity Market Code (CMC) as determined by the SEM Committee (SEMC).
