Bidder eligibility

Economic and financial standing (per lot): (a) professional risk indemnity insurance covering at least the estimated lot value (Lot 1: EUR 50,207.81; Lot 2: EUR 29,940.18); (b) annual business volume in the relevant field of at least 1.5 times the estimated lot value, measured on the best of the last three available years (Lot 1: EUR 75,311.75; Lot 2: EUR 44,910.27). Evidence is approved annual accounts filed with the Mercantile Registry or the relevant official register. Technical and professional standing (both lots): a list of at least three services of similar nature to the lot's object, performed in the last three years, stating amount, date and recipient. Public-sector recipients must certify via the competent body; private recipients via certificate or, failing that, a declaration supported by documents. No social reservation applies. Tenderers must accept the special conditions of execution, which are essential contractual obligations.
