About this tender
UNDP Cabo Verde is seeking an experienced International Consultant (Team Leader / Evaluator) to lead the Mid-Term Review of the GEF-financed project "Strengthening Biodiversity Governance Systems for the Sustainable Management of Living Natural Resources in Cabo Verde". The notice is reference UNDP-CPV-00172 and is a call for individual consultants. The consultant will lead the evaluation team, conduct stakeholder consultations and field missions, assess project performance and results, and prepare the Mid-Term Review report and recommendations. The assignment is 60 workdays between November 2026 and January 2027, including a field mission to Cabo Verde (Santiago, Boa Vista and Santo Antão).
