Technical and professional solvency: a list of services of the same nature performed in the last three years, with a minimum value of EUR 13,498.69 (about USD 14,848.56), evidenced by certificates or declarations of good quality; and at least one forestry technician (ingeniero de montes, ingeniero técnico forestal, or Graduate in Forestry Engineering) with at least 3 years' experience in tasks associated with that degree. This technician must be assigned to the contract. The tender is open procedure (procediment obert) under ordinary processing and is not harmonised. A provisional guarantee is not required. A definitive guarantee of 5% of the contract value applies.
