About this tender
The Département de la Haute-Savoie is running an experimental action to identify bicycles in ressourceries (reuse centres), giving priority to structures in the Economie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS). The bicycles are entrusted to insertion workshops and worksites (ateliers et chantiers d'insertion) to be refurbished before being given to the Département's target public groups. The action is expected to process on average 80 to 120 bicycles per year, or roughly 240 to 360 bicycles over the whole contract period. The contract also includes an optional supply of a bicycle safety pack, adapted to the bicycles and to the profile of the beneficiaries. At a minimum, the pack must contain a certified helmet, a reflective vest and a bike lock. The procurement is a framework agreement (accord-cadre) with purchase orders, single awardee, services only, with no minimum and a maximum of 40,000 EUR excl. VAT per annual period. It runs for 1 year, expressly renewable twice, for a total duration of 36 months. The main place of performance is Haute-Savoie (NUTS FRK28). The consultation is not divided into lots and includes no tranches.
