Die the funder (nachfolgend auch "AG" oder "Auftraggeber" genannt) plant den Neubau einer thermischen Abfallbehandlungsanlage (nachfolgend "Anlage" genannt). Das Vorhaben umfasst die Errichtung und den Betrieb einer neuen Verbrennungslinie für die Verbrennung von Siedlungs- und Gewerbeabfällen inkl. Turbine und Wärmeauskopplung (Energieteil) sowie eine Option auf die Errichtung einer Carbon-Capture-Anlage am gleichen Standort. Die Errichtung und der Betrieb erfolgt durch den AG oder eine Projektgesellschaft, an der der AG beteiligt ist.
