Die Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock plant den Neubau eines Hortgebäudes. Die künftige Bebauung besteht aus einem Baukörper mit einem 2-geschossigen Hortgebäude und einem 1-geschossigen Mensa-Anbau, die ohne Unterkellerung geplant werden. Das Hortgebäude nimmt in 7 Horträumen und 2 teilbaren Förderräumen insgesamt Platz für 176 Hortkinder und Horterzieher auf. Sanitärräume sind in beiden Geschossen verteilt.
