The Parzoneria de Entzia (Álava) is tendering the sale of timber from two beech (Fagus sylvatica) stand lots in the MUP 609 public forest, under expediente ENTZ-001/2026. Lot 2 'Iturriondo' (Lote 1-E/23) covers the same type of harvest in stands 4a, 4c, 4d, 4k and 4l, totalling 27.3 hectares, 569 beech trees and approximately 1,721.69 m3cc. Bidders may tender for either or both lots, with a maximum of two lots awarded to a single bidder. Lot 1 has a duration of 24 months and Lot 2 a duration of 18 months. Variants and options are not accepted, and no price-per-unit schedule applies. The tender is open and subject to the Ley 9/2017 framework, though it is not subject to harmonised regulation. Environmental, social and gender-equality special obligations are attached to the tender documents.

Bidder eligibility

Economic and financial solvency requirements and technical solvency criteria are set out in the tender specifications (pliegos), which are not reproduced on this page. Bidders must submit the DEUC electronically (XML and PDF versions are provided), a declaración responsable (Annex II-B), and a declaration of non-cancellation of IAE registration (Annex III). A provisional guarantee of 3% of the tender base (excluding VAT) is required, and a definitive guarantee of 10% of the final price offered (excluding VAT) applies upon award. Bidders must maintain their offer for a minimum of 2 months.
