Bidder eligibility

Economic and financial solvency: annual turnover in the field covered by the contract must be equal to or greater than the tender value of each lot over the last three financial years. Technical and professional solvency: bidders must list the main services or works of the same or similar nature performed in the last three years, with a minimum of 3 similar tasks in the last 3 years for the lot bid on. No social reservation applies. Tender documents and bids may be submitted in Catalan or Spanish.
