Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement le 27 novembre 2026 à 10 h 00 heure locale. Les documents d’appel d’offres et toute modification à ces documents ne peuvent être obtenus que par l’entremise du Système Électronique d’Appel d’Offres (SEAO) au www.seao.gouv.qc.ca .
