The Khulna Water Supply & Sewerage Authority (KWASA), through the Superintending Engineer Office, is procuring white Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) powder, food grade, for the 110 MLD Surface Water Treatment Plant at Rupsha, Tilok, Pathorghata, for Financial Year 2026-27. The package is tender reference KWASA-G-PAC-2026-27, procured as Goods under open national competitive tendering (NCT, OTM) and funded from government revenue budget. The supply is to be delivered in several installments according to KWASA's requirements, not as a single delivery. Bidder eligibility

1. Minimum 5 years of general experience of the tenderer. 2. Satisfactory completion of PAC powder or similar water purification materials worth at least BDT 85 lakh under one single contract within the last 5 years. 3. Minimum liquid assets, working capital or credit facilities of BDT 80 lakh. 4. Catalogue and factory test report for PAC powder must be attached. 5. A 500 gm sample of white PAC powder, meeting the tender specification, must be submitted to Khulna WASA head office by 19 November 2026 at 4:00 pm. Testing is done at KUET/BUET, with the bidder paying the test fee. 6. Current Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and Nationality Certificate must be attached. Failure to submit any of these documents or the sample results in rejection or non-responsiveness.
