Technical and professional capacity: a list of main services performed over the last three years, stating amount, date and recipient, supported by recipient certificates or, failing that, a candidate declaration; a declaration of the tools, equipment and technical resources available for performing the contract; and an indication of the environmental management measures the candidate will apply during performance.

How bids are scored

Award is based on multiple criteria: price 60%, technical value 20%, delivery times (délais) 10%, and environmental protection performance 10%.
