Technical capacity: a list of the main supplies of the same nature delivered in the last three years, with a minimum of 77,000.00 EUR for Lot 1 and 76,405.00 EUR for Lot 2, evidenced by certificates or declarations of good quality production. Bidders must complete supplier registration per the ATL instruction document (PROV Instrucció alta empreses Gestor Expedients Plyca). The European Single Procurement Document (DEUC) is referenced as a required tool. Registration on RELIC is listed as an option for registered and classified bidders. No social reserve applies. A bidder may win at most one lot.
