About this tender
Supply of 4 hydropower units (turbines and generators) for Dnipro-1 HPP in Ukraine, managed as part of the RLF - Hydro Power Plants Emergency Restoration project. The procurement is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 comprises supply of hydropower units (turbines and generators Nos. 4 and 5), and Lot 2 comprises supply of hydropower units (turbines and generators Nos. 6 and 7) for Dnipro HPP. Financing is provided from loans of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Government of the Italian Republic. Bidders may submit proposals for one or both lots. The procurement will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP) via a two-stage process.
Bidder eligibility
Firms from any country are eligible to participate unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. Participants must register with ECEPP in accordance with ECEPP Terms and Conditions of Service. Registered participants who have expressed interest in the procurement process are able to access procurement documents, receive clarifications, addenda and amendments, and submit proposals through ECEPP.
How bids are scored
Evaluation will be conducted in two stages: Stage 1 for preparation, submission and evaluation of Initial Proposals, and Stage 2 for preparation, submission and evaluation of Final Proposals. Detailed evaluation criteria are contained within the procurement documentation available through ECEPP.
