About this tender
Keep Wales Tidy, an environmental charity, seeks to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) network of trusted partners to provide additional capacity across six service areas: (1) Green Space Improvements, (2) Environmental Trainers, (3) Surveyors, (4) Community Consultation/workshop delivery, (5) Marketing and Communications, and (6) Commercial/Business Development Support. The DPS will operate from Autumn 2026 until March 2029. Organizations approved for the DPS will be contacted when work opportunities arise; selection for specific projects will be based on skills, experience, location, availability, and price. Being on the DPS does not guarantee work. The buyer welcomes applications from charities, sole traders, constituted community groups, companies, Community Interest Companies (CICs), and consultancies whose values align with Keep Wales Tidy.
Bidder eligibility
Bidders must demonstrate: (1) proven experience in the relevant service area(s) within the last 5 years (new companies may provide examples of relevant work); (2) necessary professional qualifications; (3) mandatory, financial, and technical requirements. Eligible bidders include charities, sole traders, constituted community groups, companies, CICs, and consultancies. Consortia bidding is permitted.
How bids are scored
Assessment is based on a Partner Questionnaire evaluated against published Assessment Criteria. Scoring occurs in two stages: initial tranche assessed in August 2026, with ongoing applications accepted throughout the DPS period. For specific work opportunities, selection criteria include skills, experience, geographic location, availability/start time, and price.
