The funder, an environmental charity, is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to create a network of trusted partners providing additional capacity across six environmental service areas: (1) Green Space Improvements, (2) Environmental Trainers, (3) Surveyors, (4) Community Consultation/workshop delivery, (5) Marketing and Communications, and (6) Commercial/Business Development Support.
