Original: L'objecte del contracte és l'execució de les obres incloses en el "Projecte bàsic i d'execució per a la renovació de part de la xarxa d'aigua potable i sanejament de Picamoixons (Carrer St. Antoni M. Claret, Sant Salvador i Ctra. Rocabruna)", aprovat definitivament per decret de presidència de l'Entitat Municipal Descentralitzada de Picamoixons. L'expressió de la codificació corresponent a la nomenclatura del vocabulari comú de contractes (CPV) és: - 45232150-8 (Treballs relacionats amb canonades de distribució d'aigua). - 45232410-9 (Treballs de clavegueram). L'esmentat codi és la codificació corresponent a la classificació CPV de la Comissió Europea, de conformitat amb el Reglament (CE) 2195/2002 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 5 de novembre de 2002, pel qual s'aprova el Vocabulari comú de contractes públics (CPV), modificat pels Reglaments (CE) 2151/2003, de 16 de desembre de 2003 i 213/2008, de 28 de novembre de 2007. No procedeix la divisió en lots, d'acord amb el que s'estableix a l'article 99.3.b) de la Llei 9/2017, de 8 de novembre, de Contractes del Sector Públic, per la qual es traslladen a l'ordenament jurídic espanyol les Directives del Parlament Europeu i del Consell 2014/23/UE i 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrer de 2014, en endavant LCSP.
