The Ajuntament de Ripollet is procuring the construction works defined in the project for public lighting actions in the industrial estates (polígons industrials) of Ripollet. Bidder eligibility

Economic and financial solvency: (1) minimum annual business volume of EUR 570,725.39, evidenced by annual accounts; (2) positive net worth, or a positive assets-to-liabilities ratio, evidenced by annual accounts. Technical solvency: list of works projects undertaken in the last five years (or ten, if applicable), with a minimum amount of EUR 266,338.51, evidenced by certificates of good execution. Business classification: Group I (Electrical installations), Subgroup 1 (Lighting, lights and marker lights), Category 3 (contract amount above EUR 360,000 and up to EUR 840,000). The contract is not reserved for special employment centres or insertion companies, and no social reserve applies. Joint ventures (UTE) are permitted, with a constitution declaration (Annex 4). A definitive guarantee of 5% of the contract value is required.
