About this grant

The LIFE programme funds grants supporting projects that advance circular economy principles and eliminate pollution across the EU. Projects must demonstrate concrete implementation of circular economy and zero-pollution initiatives, spanning waste reduction, sustainable resource management and related activities. Eligible applicants include nonprofits, small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies, local authorities, universities, research institutions and consortia. Organisations must be based in or operate within Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia or Ukraine. Projects at any stage of development are welcome. Applications close on 22 September 2026.
