Eligibility
Applicants must be TPEs or PMEs as defined by European regulation, registered in France and subject to French law, located in metropolitan France or the overseas departments (DOM), regardless of legal form. Sole traders (entreprises individuelles) and auto-entrepreneurs are excluded. The company must be more than 3 years old and able to provide a balance sheet covering at least 24 months. Only the company's director may subscribe online. Each SIREN entity may hold only one Prêt Action Climat, and a director of several companies may use the online platform for only one of them.
