Applicants must be located in one of the eligible French regions or overseas territories: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Bretagne, Centre-Val de Loire, Corse, Guadeloupe, Guyane, Hauts-de-France, Île-de-France, La Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Normandie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Nouvelle-Calédonie, Occitanie, Pays de la Loire, Polynésie française, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, and Wallis et Futuna.
