About this grant
This grant supports Indigenous-led initiatives advancing food sovereignty and security through community control of food systems, lands and resources. Applicants must demonstrate Indigenous Peoples' leadership and a community-led approach, with projects focused on traditional food systems, land-based livelihoods, Indigenous land rights and self-determination. Eligible applicants include Indigenous communities and organisations, community groups, nonprofits and social enterprises working globally. Projects at any stage of development are welcome. Grants are available through the call to support work that maintains cultural and ecological practices whilst strengthening Indigenous control over food production and land stewardship.
