About this grant
Programa RENOCOGEN provides incentives for projects that produce electricity and heat from renewable energy sources as a substitute for production from fossil fuels. The programme aims to reduce CO2 emissions, decrease dependence on fossil fuels, and generate local economic and social benefits. Projects must involve the owners renouncing their entitlement to the regulated remuneration scheme established by Royal Decree 413/2014 for cogeneration plants or waste treatment plants, thereby reducing costs to the electricity system. …
